Greenwich Dance

This group meets on Tuesdays from 5.30-7pm, please come along to join the group and be part of Greenwich Dance's exciting flagship youth company, Lotus Youth Dance, delivered in partnership with Tramshed.

Learn skills, build friendships and make creative and exciting performance pieces ready to share at shows and platforms all over the Borough and beyond.

With its roots in hip hop dance theatre and inspiration from a wide range of other dance styles including contemporary, this group is designed for young people aged between 13 – 19 years who live or go to school in South East London who want to take their love of dance to the next level. Weekly classes cover technique and performance skills and throughout the year there will be opportunities to experience guest workshops, see live performances and take part in training and workshops to develop your skills and understanding of music, dance, choreography and theatre. Those that want to progress onto further training will also be given and advice and support from Daniel Heley at Greenwich Dance and Tramshed.

The programme is open to anybody aged 13-19 within the South East London area.
