Terms & Conditions

Tramshed reserves the right to refuse admission and to alter the programme without prior notice. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or be refused admission. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is prohibited.  Tramshed reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.

Fees

We don't charge a booking fee for tickets booked through our Box Office or online. If you ask for your tickets to be sent in advance there will be a charge of 75p to cover postage and administration.

Collecting tickets at Box Office

If you have chosen to collect your tickets at the Tramshed, you can pick them up anytime between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am and 3pm on Saturday, although we recommend picking up your tickets at least half an hour before the performance begins. Please bring along the card you paid with and proof of eligibility for any discounted tickets.

Tickets to be posted

If you have chosen to have your tickets posted out, they will be posted out first class and should arrive within a week of the performance. If they don't arrive please contact the Tramshed on 020 8854 1316. Please note we don't post out tickets for performances less than one week away.

Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. All cheques should be made payable to Greenwich & Lewisham Young People’s Theatre (working under the name Tramshed). All payments are made in   pound sterling.

Exchanges and Refunds

We will not normally issue refunds. Strictly subject to availability, and at the discretion of the Box Office staff, we may be able to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production if available, provided we are given at least 48 hours’ notice before the performance. In the event of any overpayment being made, refunds will be issued within 7 days.

Returning Tickets

If an event has sold out we are happy to try and re-sell your tickets once we have sold all of our own available tickets, including any reserved or last minute holds we may have. Please note that we can never guarantee the re-sale of your tickets.

If they are re-sold, you will be refunded via the original payment method.

Cancellation

Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. In the event of a cancelled performance, patrons will first be offered the opportunity to exchange for another performance/production; if there are no alternative tickets or if the patron is not able to attend an alternative performance/production the full purchase cost of the ticket will be refunded via the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 days.

Tramshed reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme, casting or schedule at any time and without advance notice. Tramshed does not have understudies and so it may be necessary to cancel a performance at short notice due to cast indisposition. For this reason please ensure the Box Office has your correct contact details.

Please check your tickets and confirmation email carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
