‘‘I believe in the power of theatre, music, drama and dance, to create meaningful change and improve the quality of people’s lives, relationships, and community wellbeing.
Greenwich Young People’s Theatre, (GYPT as it was known when I was a child member in the 1980’s), had a huge positive impact on the trajectory of my life; leading to an early career in the performing arts, which greatly informs my approach in psychotherapy and academia today.
I value serving my local community where I grew up, and I'm proud to continue to live and be a part of something which connects with my personal and professional commitment to supporting Tramshed’s success for future generations to come’’ - Kerri Newns -

Tracey Sage, Board Member
‘‘I fell in love with Tramshed – the ethos, the staff and local people - over 20 years ago whilst undertaking an Arts Management placement with the organisation (then GLYPT).
Over the years I have witnessed firsthand the great work undertaken with refugees, schools, local people of all ages and a plethora of creative individuals, performing arts organisations and so much more.
As the cultural landscape changes, I am keen to support Tramshed to thrive and ensure that it continues to serve a diverse ecology of artists, community groups, young people and audiences.’’ - Tracey

‘‘Tramshed is a vital pillar of our community, with a long and brilliant history of nurturing and championing artists from a variety of disciplines - many of whom we first meet as young people, or at an early stage in their career. It is an immense privilege to contribute to Tramshed's board of trustees and to support the next generation of artists coming through our doors.’’
